Her story:

Of Irish, Scottish and Native American blood, Australian Stacey DeMarco from a young age knew 'things' about people, animals, places and objects but never thought she fitted in to the stereotype of a 'psychic'.

" I never really fit the traditional mould and I used to scare myself a bit too much knowing as I did. I felt too different, too weird, so I just concentrated on building what I thought was a normal career."

After earning her degree, Stacey became a successful and high profile Creative Director, Marketer and Public Relations professional working for large international corporations such as Sony Music, Marks & Spencer, and Radisson Hotels. She then shifted her energies to the Internet and began to create business to business solutions for some of Australia's top organisations. She has also had articles published in magazines such as New Woman, HQ,Womans Weekly and Mademoiselle and has appeared on national Tv programmes such as the Today Show, Midday Show, FCTV and Bert Newtons GMA.

And all the while, Stacey was secretly studying a variety of body work to diploma levels, being mentored by other psychics and doing readings for friends and business collegues behind the scenes. Stacey also came to believe more strongly in mind body connection and its role in healing and moving forward from any kind of hurt, even relationships.

" I was kidding myself that I could ignore this gift. Thankfully I kept developing it behind the scenes, and was very much supported in the psychic community even though I kept my work a secret. I didn't think corporate life would approve."
